Those positive thoughts that just pop into our head are able to do so when
Cal-mahr is operating fully The inspiration to do something in a certain way, say something at a certain time and change the way we look at our experiences is powered by Cal-mahr It allows us to more fully utilize the wisdom of Divine Law to perpetuate change.
Cal-mahr accesses the truth that what we set into motion in our lives and upon the face of the earth does indeed return to us. It gives us understanding of how our life is an accumulation of experiences and shows us the positive effects they have to offer It calls us to renew the connectedness of our thoughts with our physical well being and the ability to create an avenue for the expression of our spirit.

Recognizes which choices will allow us to bring our potential into being
Remains clear and focused no matter the lessons, noise, or confusion of the world
Awakens the ability to calm the mind and be receptive to the gentle guidance of spirit
      • Holds the clarity of inspiration safe from mental pollution
The respiratory system consists primarily of the nasal cavity, pharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchi, bronchial tree, lungs and diaphragm.  Air is pulled into the lungs primarily by the force of the diaphragm. Once in the lungs the oxygen is absorbed by the blood.

Ni-mahn

Ni-mahn then sets into motion the energy to balance that change.
Many who do not allow the free expression of this Essential find themselves locked into old patterns and prisoners in their own world. In severe cases of obstruction of Ni-mahn people may develop ulcers and become agoraphobic.
For each individual there exists exciting and challenging opportunities in life. Opportunities to expand ourselves to embrace possibilities and grow into joyous relationships and careers. Until we develop and utilize the power stored in this Essential, we hesitate or become fearful and the opportunity passes us by.

Growing up we may encounter a teacher or coach that we feel is pushing us too hard by asking us to do things we don’t feel we can. If we are unable to draw on the energy of Ni-mahn we become angry and frustrated instead of recognizing that they may see a potential within us that we are not aware of. Ni-mahn feeds you with the ability to try. To attempt to discover if this is an area where you may excel in life and find great joy.

Blessings, Rhonda Etherton
